Navy Fed is really good, and the Pentagon CU is good too.
And you can get USAA insurance also, and that's good because it covers you for cars overseas, houses in the U.S., and has no breed restrictions either. You can do your banking from anywhere by scanning checks in, and a lot of other remote access options. USAA is used to the challenges deployments and transfers require, and they do some great low interest loans too.
So is this Fifth Third Bank company the same company that just put up Five Million Dollars to fund a football team for some little college in North Georgia? I wonder if that money came from sales of repossessed cars?
Got a job and it's been keeping me busy! I was hired PT but have been working OT and haven't had a lot of time to be online. Hubby has been stuck in Africa for over a month now so when I'm not working, I'm trying to get the dogs out as much as possible, get my students through the end of the semester, and trying (but failing) to see my horse.
Anyway. Got the car back. In the process of getting the money back too. It's amazing how willing people are to work with you when you have all of the documentation to prove that they screwed up AND they've broken state law.
As for the Kia--Ella da Kia died when I was in an accident back in Sept/Oct time frame. She was totaled. (rolled 3 times on the hwy going 70) We were planning to get rid of her anyway as we needed to get down to one vehicle before our move to VA and then overseas.
BUT...Boris the Taurus is happily schlepping me to and from work.
A good horseman doesn't have to tell anyone...the horse already knows.
