    Default Wick Building Warranty?

Anyone ever have a warranty issue with a Wick building? Did you have any trouble getting them to honor said warranty?

I was in contact with someone from Wick who assured me that my claim was "in the system". It's been almost a year since the claim was initiated; I haven't heard from him since September. I have sent two or three emails since then asking for an update - no response. Just wanted to see if anyone else had issues with them before I consider legal action. Maybe I will try contacting one of these people first - thanks clanter.
