Default New dressgae complex in Wellyworld

OK, totally stupid question--where exactly is the new dressage complex? I Googled it and couldn't find anything. Lots of articles about the ground-breaking and that was about it.
I'm going up on Saturday morning, first time this season, so I haven't been to the new complex yet. I have a few people I can call to get directions if need be, but if someone here can point me in the right direction I won't have to bother anyone. I know how to get to PBIEC and I know it's close, but a bit more detailed description of its location would be great. Thanks!

The corner of Pierson and South Shore, across South Shore from Tackeria and Welly Deli. There's a driveway flanked by big Adequan flags, with a scrappy-looking training track to the left and a little polo barn to the right. It's vaguely next to Players.

Awesome, thanks! I can definitely find Tackeria, lol, so that's the perfect landmark to use (it's like a magnet for me, although my wallet does NOT appreciate the fact that I can't go up there without stopping @ Tackeria ). Can't wait to see the new place!

USA! Wellington, FL, to be exact. Winter Equestrian Festival is the biggest, longest-running show in the country (Jan--Apr) and is h/j, but Wellington Equestrian Partners also just built a new dressage complex. There have always been dressage shows here in the winter (like @ White Fences), but now they're expanding quite a bit.

I was confused by the title of this post. Does the OP mean a new drag queen bar or is it a simple misspelling?

Maybe we can start a whole new style of riding using this spelling.

What does everyone think dressgae is?

I'm going with drag queen bar. Must be some kind of olde English spelling.

Now just what would Jamaican dressage look like?

Well, done on a beach, of course, while humming Let's Get Together and Feel Alright. A larger helmet is needed to fit over the dreadlocks.

Oh, goodness. And I have an English degree! I swear, posting from my phone makes me look like a complete moron on a far-too-frequent basis.
As far as what dressgae is, it's dressage done while looking FABULOUS because of your snappy dressing. Three snaps in a Z formation!

And think of the BRAIDS! I swoon at the thought!

Thanks for having a good sense of humor, Frizzle.

The new facility is nice but was there opening weekend and the stands are not useable. There were not very many competitors and almost no spectators. Friday night they had Freestyle, only 12 competitors and no way to raise the winner's country's flag. I know they are just starting out so going to cut them slack, but was a little disappointing. Also the schedule of go, etc was a little confusing and they actually ran out of them even though there were about no spectators.

In every CDI-W I have been to there are only 12 competitors - they have to qualify the day before in the GP - so that's not going to change. Hope they get the permitting figured out for the grandstand soon! For sure the footing is excellent - it absolutely poured for 2 days and it was perfect. That's such a great relief when going for those extensions!

The new complex is quite nice--I was impressed. I had a great time watching some really lovely horses and riders, and, as a Miami-an, it was SO nice to hear German instead of Spanish! It's also great that it's so close to PBIEC, so you can pop on over there to watch a few classes, stop @ Tackeria on the way, etc.

I swear, ever since Bellisimo et al took over, there has been TONS of change up there!
