I have to admit I have seen very little of this show and I figured it must be scripted... then I thought... who could make this stuff up?!?!?!?!?!?!

It cracks me up that they have to use subtitles.

I don't find them endearing in any way. I watch it for a few minutes, and then just can't take it.
I wonder about some of the shows that are on right now, that seem to be glorifying and celebrating the lowest of the low.
Toddlers and Tiaras? I just think it is child abuse. What kind of monsters are they creating?

I find the show to be repulsive. I usually last about 10 minutes shortly followed by uncontrollable gagging.

However, I have read articles and even from the small amount that I have watched the show, you can tell that they truly love one another and they sure do have fun. They have a wonderful outlook on life, regardless of what others think.
Regardless of my personal feelings of the show, I have nothing bad to say about the family in general.

I kind of love it and I can't explain it.

I really like Honey Boo Boo and her family. I don't watch the show that often, mostly because I don't watch a lot of TV.

They all really care about each other and it seems to be a warm and loving family. Not the lifestyle I choose to lead, but they seem to be doing OK so I don't judge.

If you like them, then don't read any of the tell all stories about Mommy June, or the facts about the girl's parentage, or the rumor that the daughter who had the baby lived elsewhere for years, and is paid by mom to stay there for the show. Apparently, the family recently moved to a larger city, and supposedly the money from the show payments is going in educational trust funds for the kids.

(I get People magazine every week for years, and remember way too much about stuff like this).

I can't even watch the commercials in entirety.

And despite what's being shown on the show...remember that reality shows are about as real as unicorns and mermaids. Nobody would watch it if there they didn't script in something endearing.

I love it. If all reality TV scripted a happy family environment, it wouldn't continue to exist. It is their redneck tendencies that make it amusing.
