Its the name the weatherdweebs (said lovingly-DH is a self-professed WD) gave the storm. They aparently name winter storms now-the next one is Orko, and I think the one after will be Q. Just Q.

Everything sounds so yummy! I may have to make my Mexican chicken soup to make it through this freezing 80 degree weather

    We DID make French Toast.

Friday night we had a hash of spicy chicken sausage, peppers, mushrooms, onions and rice.

Saturday morn we made French Toast. I think anyone else would've been really put off by not having any proper sugar or syrup, but we made this divine glaze out of lemon juice, brown sugar, and cinnamon.

Saturday lunch my SO assembled sandwiches of leftover hash and Friday's lunch salad that I didn't get to have. DELICIOUS.

Last night we scrounged. There is a corner store on this block that the owners must live above -- they've remained open. We got a few potatoes, an onion, and the last package of utterly bland Hillshire Farm kielbasa, which SO proceeded to dress up beyond recognition with these gorgeous fragrant dried herbs. So we had that, plus some gourmet raviolis from these folks: https://www.gimmiespaghetti.com/

This morning we had the remaining herbed sausage/potato/onion mixture with scrambled eggs and toast.

I'm trapped here in the city but making the most of it
Disclaimer: My mom told me that people might look at my name and think I had an addiction other than horses. I don't; his name was Bravado.
