    Default Horsie Riding Toy for ages 12+

    This came into my inbox today, and they look like fun! They hold up to 198 lbs.

    They're expensive, but could be considered a form of exercise equipment . They would look cuter with stuff hanging on them than my treadmill does.

    I think most kids 12 + would feel too silly to ever ride on such a thing.

    I'm 36....! But I can see anyone above 10 and under 25 not wanting to embarrass themselves

    Yep, those who take themselves very seriously need not participate, but I can see some end-of-the-horseshow-day antics going on with these. The video shows some fairly young kids on them, and I think youngers with the coordination would have fun. Given the number of threads on here about fun horsie toys, I think some here might enjoy them.

    What's up with the funny "tail-like" appendage coming from the chest of the horses?

    It looks like it has 2 tails.

    Omg those are GREAT. I would totally ride one. I just have no shame. I concur that some after horse show antics could ensue.

    That weird front tail isn't on the horses in the video - maybe it's some weird Photoshop gone awry in the pics?

    I watched the video thinking it might be a good tool for theraputic riding centers. However in looking I see that it would only teach hanging onto the reins and kicking the horse with the heels. Not how I teach students, Oh Well......
