    Default Liquid Nitrogen Costs

I'm considering getting my own small frozen semen tank.

What is the going rate for liquid nitrogen?

Do they charge by the Litre/Gallon?

I have a request in with my local supplier but thought I would see what everyone else is paying so I can compare.

I pay about $25 every 4 months to have my tank topped off. I am sorry but I do not know the quantity of nitrogen they use however.

I'm in a very rural area in Canada. Our nitrogen guy stops in here once every two months and tops up our tank. Our liquid nitrogen tank has a capacity of 20.5 and we pay $240/year for our door-to-door fill up service.
