My husband's suggestion is "New Neanderthals."
I was thinking "21st Century Cavewomen"
I'm usually awful at naming things...

I dig New Neanderthals. Or, "Paleo: Turning COTH into Cavepeople." Or "Wheat Loss." Hmm, that might have potential as it sounds like weight loss....

It was your idea originally, Sannois, it's up to you to choose!
I'm just glad I get to join a COTH clique and put something in my signature line.

How about a clique for those who would otherwise not be in a clique? That could blow up big-time on here.

I see a lot of thyme for fish (fresh thyme, especially), as well as salt, pepper, and EVOO or grass-fed butter.
The cod I got at the farmer's market I did very simply--salt and pepper on both sides, and then on the skin side, a tablespoon of Kerrygold butter. It was UNBELIEVABLY good! Season to bring out the flavor!

I love lemon juice on salmon as well as pepper, paprika and some garlic. The Kerrygold butter sounds like a great idea too.

I'm with DB for seasoning salmon; I use paprika in an awful lot of my cooking, flavor with no heat, love it.
I like the Cereal Killers!
