I right clicked on the phone number on the web site and Bing brought it up as a boarding facility, so I'm guessing they have a small tack shop on site? Probably a busy place so hence the delayed response to emails. I'd say it's a gamble but if the prices are right and you are willing to wait.

JS - thanks - that inspired me to search around some more. The farm is south of Rochester, (used to live there so know the area). They must be dressage oriented, as they've had two 1-day shows in the last several months, and a Michael Barisone clinic last week. So they are functional and do, according to the Facebook page, have a tack shop. I will pursue this pad, worth saving $35.00 if I can.
