Oh funny, I was at that Keuring with my own filly, so I know I saw her. I will have to look back at stuff and check her out.

Re dressage stallions on jumper mares. My friend has a fantastic fancy hunter prospect and she is by Juventus out of a TB mare. Even though he's deceased and not "en vogue" I'm strongly considering him for my own mare after seeing her foals (oldest is 3). I was really impressed (she's had 3 and each time he stamped the mare in a positive way). Mine is also very modern in type however (with regard to using a heavier, deceased stallion).

Random, but I particularly like Solomon's Der Graf-Solidarity foals (Galoubet) a lot too.

One to add to the list is the Danish WB stallion Matador II by May Sherif. He is recently available to US breeders. I have used the semen, it is excellent quality, and the results have been great!
