    In that case, if at all possible, at least get gutters on the bank side of the barn. It will make a HUGE difference.

    Thanks SuperAlter. That sounds do-able. The hole is not bad. Should be easy to fill and then put mats over. DH dug down to the exterior of the barn foundation in the corner where it leaks and found a hole in the wood wall. He's going to put flashing up to cover it. Then, I think we'll refill with stone/rocks and pour concrete around that to seal it up. Then we'll cover all that back over with the dirt he dug out. Hopefully that will solve the problem.
