why would they grant a kennel license to such a person? they should seize the poor dogs and shut her down.
Think of how many people were taken in by her websites and bought puppies from her, thus funding her continued abuse of dogs- at least 99 last year alone. People should read the linked article for the names of the websites and look at them for slick examples of "fronts" for a puppy mill.
If she isn't given a license she will probably try to get one another name. Giving her a small license might be the best way to keep her above ground and allow AC to keep an eye on the conditions. Of course in an ideal world she would never breed another dog but it seems like these type of people are rarely stopped. I'll send along an email.
