Thumbs up Audio lessons for your Ipod

This looks like an interesting idea, possibly very helpful to novices or those working mostly on their own: audio lessons and exercises by a Grand Prix British Dressage judge... I stumbled upon the link in a H&H article (they are now beginning to offer music as well).

Cranky old teacher here is absolutely not impressed by the wide low hand demonstrated here.

Level 1 is British terminology for a Grand Prix judge?
Some riders change their horse, they change their saddle, they change their teacher; they never change themselves.

Hi there - we really like to use real riders and customers in our images - but rest assured that correct hand position is taught in the audio lessons!

Yes Level 1 in the UK means that they can judge up to Grand Prix level.

Very cool! If anyone downloads it can you report back? This would be so helpful for me. I ride alone and don't take lessons very often. And I am always unsure of my plan when riding.

Sure Tracy... I think I'm going to try a couple. I also ride alone right now and stink when it comes to having a plan when I ride. I can hook my phone right up to the stereo system in the indoor.

I think I'll try one or two as well. I've moved to an area where there is minimal to no dressage instruction available. And with temperatures reaching -40 degrees Celsius below zero we're stuck in the indoor until April, so maybe these audio lessons will help make our rides more interesting.

Now I just have to get an ipod. I must be the only person under 30 without one.

You don't need an iPod... any mp3 player will do If you have an ipod then you have to have itunes, then you have to import the mp3 into itunes to use it on your ipod/iphone. With an mp3 player... you can get a really cheap one then all you do is transfer it from your pc or laptop right onto the mp3 player

I meant ipod/mp3 player. I had neither, until this morning. I got an ipod shuffle on sale for $45 at walmart.
