Default Halter needs to be fixed... But where? S

Would prefer to keep it local but whomever is the best (even if I have to mail it) is okay with me. The English chin is broken (the ring that attaches to each side of the chin and where you clip the lead is gone... So I'm thinking I need a brass ring and each side replaced.

Were I in your shoes, I'd look for a local cobbler and take in a pic or an example of what it was supposed to look like.

Barring that, google for a local saddle maker.

If you really can't find anything at all locally, call Quillin.

Or if you have a local leather supply store, give them a try, at the least they may be able to point you to someone.
I picked up some things when one of my halters needed mending and now I do small tack repairs for people around my barn
