Okay, someone fire up the backhoe and dig me a hole. I just died laughing at this.

I would think it would be frustrating to represent someone who files lawsuits that have no merit, time after time.
Of course you,as the attorney, are paid no matter what the outcome, but I think it would be more satisfying to have a winning record..

Congratulations to Rate My Horse Pro on their legal victory! They have set a precedent for people wanting to express their opinions online. I for one support the First Amendment of the United States Constitution as they do. I hope people will support their efforts.

I don't get the impression that USEF is in the habit of excluding anyone from membership for any reason these days. They were going to reinstate the horse killers not long ago. It seems like you'd have to do something criminal and headline news to get excluded.

Whew, thanks for the update! I was worried you were in the trunk of a car somewhere, wrapped up in Temporary Restraining Orders . . .

Funny how she sued RMHP for....whatever she sued for......despite the fact that they did a nice article when the situation warranted.

Ummm, it seems that there is very little sense to be found in the world of those that "accidentally put the pony down" at at Devon, who then choose to sue an internet site for reporting the facts ,and who sue anonymous internet posters for discussing the situation.
Don't even try to make sense of it. It will only result in a headache.

Did anyone else read the necropsy report provided on her link? It's blurry and hard to read, but very...interesting.

AHF offering Free leases on some of their ponies. Is that part of her Initiative or something else?
