Curious as to why you are bringing Rain Forest up, nearly thirty years after the admittedly bizarre events leading to his demise?

Where are the lawsuits that were promised? I hope this doesn't mean that the USEF is giving in. I noticed in an email from USEF counsel that one of the conditions was that they not publicise any scheduled meetings. What could they possibly have to discuss!

Quite frankly, I feel REALLY sorry for her daughter. Probably years of expensive therapy in her future
Ditto.
4. My daughter must be given an extra junior year as a result of the loss of money and points and the USEFs wrongdoing.
Gosh, my daughter missed a year because her horse was lame & we didn't have the big bucks to lease an expensive pony for her to win on . . .
The woman is delusional.

I demand that once I am able to afford a nice horse and the insane show fees to constantly show. USEF gives me my junior years back so that I have a chance to compete in the eq finals that I was not fortunate enough to afford to show in when I was a teenager.

I haven't had a horse to show consistently over fences for close to five years due to Star getting injured and then re-injured. I am getting older. May I have five years subtracted off my life?

Mason Phelps put up the xtranormal video in his facebook page. For sure all his bodies in USEF will watch. Don't even need the signatures letter anymore.

Yup! My husband commonly uses the phrase "we had to 302 someone" while describing work happenings as a LEO.

As the Equestrian NGB, they are bound by certain statutes that do not bind other private member clubs.
However... for any USEF people reading this... if it turns out we need to alter the Ted Stevens Amateur Sports Act... sign us all up to be your petition army.

Thanks everyone for your generous offers. Fortunately, I do not need any financial assistance but I would welcome your continued support!

You've got it, along with a huge dose of respect. And should we ever end up at the same show I'd love to buy you lunch.
