I understand your concern. Not affiliated with her in the least. But it would be nice to at least beat out her 25 measly votes! I think there is an option to not post your names for all to see.

I don't think that a petition will be of any help in this case.

USEF is not going to suspend her now, especially if she does sue them.

The pony killing didn't get her suspended, remember?

Why is the person who FAILED to present the ENTIRE necropsy report to a court hearing posting this? Yes, only 3 out of 11 pages were presented. I'm baffled, honestly.

I think the petition is worth signing, if for nothing else, as reference that NONE of us want her speaking on OUR behalf with USEF or the USOC. As well to show her that maybe now would be a good time to stop being the "drama llama"

Well, I signed it and then shared the link on Facebook along with the link to the NY Times article. I have friends on there that are friend with Mandarino. I want to make sure they know the truth. Every little bit helps. Good on you Dorothy...no great moment in history has ever been accomplished by people sitting on their hands and saying nothing can be done.

To clarify, to date I have only asked for the following:


1. GR Rule 609 must be changed to be in accordance with USOC Rules and the Ted Stevens Act. Specifically, an emergency hearing must be held before a member may be suspended.

2. Necropsies must be mandatory for all deaths of animals at USEF Sanctioned Competitions and paid for by the USEF. They must be performed by other than the competition veterinarian of record and by an unbiased and well known clinic.

3. A public apology must be issued by the USEF for their wrongdoing and mishandling of the Humble matter.

4. My daughter must be given an extra junior year as a result of the loss of money and points and the USEFs wrongdoing.

5. RMHP must immediately remove the USEF logo from use as it gives the appearance that USEF supports RateMyHorse PRO, which we allege owns HorseShowDiva.

I agree and thank you for what you all have done. I have stayed silent because I am being sued for filing the "sham" protest in this case. Please know how hard it is to say nothing while a lot of misinformation is being disseminated.
