Yes, it will be interesting to see how he runs. The breeding program he came from is known for breeding for color before breeding for speed, but he's got a decent pedigree, with AP Indy and Riva Ridge close up and a bunch of old school runners farther back: Northern Dancer, Swaps, Mr. Prospector, Roberto just to name a few.
He'll make a nice sporthorse if he's too slow. Hell, I wouldn't mind having him in my barn!

He had one start as a 2 year old, finished 8th. Video here: http://www.kentuckyderby.com/rcn_vid...D/2012-05-04/7.

A filly marked very similarly to that named Turf Club sold at the Keeneland January sale two weeks ago.

I remember watching her when she was racing. She's pretty, but I think it's hilarious that she's registered with JC as "white". http://www.flickr.com/photos/creepy_coyote/2585496551/

He may be small now, but his sire is 17 hands and if I remember right his dam is fairly big.

He's lovely, and I wouldn't kick him out of my barn, but dear God, I have a hard enough time keeping my current light colored horse clean...I can't imagine trying to keep this guy spotless!

A problem I would be more than willing to take on! I love him!

WOW! Gorgeous, both of them!
("White"...come on Jockey Club, really? Is it ever so painful to allow for other colors to be added to the registry?)
