can you recommend a lameness vet near philly?

My mare wonders about all this fuss about birth control when she's only seen a handful of testicles in her entire life. Living with an intact male of my species, I feel differently! WAYSIDE

You might check with New Bolton--they may have an ambulatory service that could come out to your place.

My trainer loves Dr. Blauner. He also has an ultrasound available in case the xrays don't show what you need.
Oh, well, clearly you're not thoroughly indoctrinated to COTH yet, because finger pointing and drawing conclusions are the cornerstones of this great online community. (Tidy Rabbit)

I think most of those who do x-rays on site in your area also can do ultrasounds on site.
This is exciting. Let us know who you go with and how you like them.

Dr. Blauner is excellent, but for my money I'd hire a shipper and go to Dr. Keane. Worth it a million, trillion times over.

Right now, Dr. Keane is most likely in Aiken. I would say Mary Griffin http://griffinequine.com/.

Ah yes, true he's away at the moment. I am sure his partner Dr. Goodall is also in town. I also quite like Dr. Griffin and ultrasound is her specialty.
