Default Photographer at The Pipe Opener this past Saturday?

Had a great first outing with Otie, he made his very first trip down centerline!

I know I heard the clicks of rapid fire shutter but didn't see the name on the jacket. Anyone know?

It was a really nice outing to shake off the winter cobwebs. Even though it started at 24 degrees it warmed up to a balmy 62.

Any other COTHers there that day?

That would be us and we will have photos online in a couple days. If you provided an email with your entry you will receive a notice when photos are posted. And indeed the day started on the chilly side but turned out quite nice.

My mares were there. Nina, who is going to spend some time in the hunter ring this year, won her division of Novice. Zizi, who is headed for bigger things in eventing this year, managed to get a reasonable dressage score and came 3rd in Training.

I'm looking forward to the pics.

I saw your lovely girls, they looked wonderful! We were trailered next to each other so got to chit chat a little. Congrats on a super start to the new season

I was there, in the novice division with Mike Plumb and Will Faudree! Never thought I'd see that day. I had a great ride on my gray horse, 29.1 dressage and 1 rail that was my fault, which was only good enough for 8th in an extremely competitive group. But I'm very pleased with my horse, he was terrific.

    Divasgroom,

Will you be shooting any of the Southern Pines events?

Very nice job with the camera, divasgroom.

I am planning on going to the Adult Rider Camp, then riding in Southern Pines I. It will be great to finally get a chance to catch up with the old married couple.
