I can't wait! I signed up a while ago before I knew I was moving to Costa Rica. The first week will be interesting since I move on the 2nd, right in the middle of it.
I hope I can still make it all work because I've been anxiously waiting for it for a long time!

When it starts, does anyone want to start a Facebook group - or just have a thread here? - to talk about the study/homework etc?

I'm taking another class through Coursera right now and they have a discussion forum on the course's website to discuss the homework, lectures, etc. I imagine this class may be similar but it'd be fun to have a thread on here to discuss the class as well!

But we'd have to share it with everyone else in the class. Not that it is bad, per se, but there were nearly 20,000 people enrolled in my dd's genetics class, and I think about 1500 on the FB site...
