Why must you chastise my brilliant idea with facts and logic? **picks up toys (and wine) and goes home**

WANT! It looks like a horse at a party, so drunk it's wearing the lampshade on it's head.
You jump in the saddle,
Hold onto the bridle!
Jump in the line!

It'll look great on the deck, if the lamp and shade are waterproof!! And if nothing else goes there!!!
We can surround it with empty Guiness bottles.
Some riders change their horse, they change their saddle, they change their teacher; they never change themselves.

Saw that on Reddit - only $8,000! May as well get a matching pair!

Then shouldn't the lampshade be at a jaunty angle?
I wonder how tall it is. Small horse? Large pony?

I saw that on Reddit (didn't notice it was a lamp, thought it was a sculpture), but the poster said his company spent $$$ on it.

I don't like it. Not my cup of tea.

What? Everyone needs an emergency umbrella!

I like it, sort of. I could see it poolside, and instead of a lampshade, maybe an umbrella for shade? And a drink tray with Bellini's for guests.

For THAT, I'd rather have a good horse with a flashlight in his mouth!!!

HA OMG! I saw the title of the post and thought about one I'd seen and I could have shared, but it's the same one!! I love that lamp...wouldn't fit in with my decor or maybe even fit IN my living room, but sure would be a conversation piece!
We saw it on vacation at the Marriott in Boston...which the pic looks like it could be, but they would have moved it from the library to maybe the entryway...tooooo funny!

I would have to have a bigger house for such a lamp.

Some of those in the pasture would be neat! They would match my other two black horses.
The problem would be running orange extension cords throughout the pasture, and getting a timer on each so they turn on. I have enough extension cords, but I worry about the cords getting caught in the mower, or the horses chewing on the cords for fun.
