    OH nice! I have rehabbed a broken wing with help from folks on this board. (Wrapped a figure 8 of vet wrap around the bird to hold the wing in place). The bird was a rooster and his wing healed really well. He uses it just fine, but if you look closely, you will see that it rests slightly lower than the other one.

    I also had purchased a Silkie chick that had crooked foot, so I booted and splinted it until he straightened out. Now I can't even tell which Silkie it was..lol.

    Very cool! Good for the vet for devising such a "MacGyver" solution . I think chickens, like horses, are born trying to kill themselves. Jingles for Henrietta's full recovery.
