As a kid, one aunt raised airedales and the puppies looked much like that one.
The occasional one was born with a bit of white on the chest and feet, which was ok for hunting dogs, is what she raised them for.
Here is a picture that is similar to those she raised:
Looks a little small for an Airedale, and they're not easy to come by these days. Could be Border Terrier. That's what I first thought of, though Irish (mixed with beagle), is also possible. Lakeland, Welsh, Wire-haired fox...lots of possibilities for that mix.
I would say mis-marked Airedale pup or possibly mis-marked Welsh Terrier, but the size says Airedale, although human babies can throw off your perspective. If its a mix, definitely takes after the Airedale/Welsh ancestry. Very cute pup. Love the bottle-brush whiskers and eyebrows!
Our Airedale was much darker on the legs/face at that age. A white patch on the chest is not uncommon for 'dales, but not one that size, and the white foot would have to come from somewhere else entirely. The face doesn't look like an Airedale puppy to me, at all.
Maybe a terrier of some kind, mixed with a beagle? Just doesn't look at all like any Airedale pup I have seen.
