Default Looking for information on Ratibor

I am trying to learn as much as I can about a Holsteiner stallion Ratibor. I have a son of his R'temus, he is going to be 22 years old and I want to learn what i can. I would love a photo if possible. Any help you guys can give me will be much appreciated.

Try contacting Natalie Prentice in WI. Not sure if she owned him, but she bred to him extensively. She's on FB. I don't know her personally, but know several people who bought Ratibor babies from her.

My friend of mine owned a lovely mare by Ratibor (out of a TB mare). She's now owned by Serendipity Sporthorses in Wisconsin and has produced many lovely babies, including the high point mare on the Old/NA inspection tour last year.

There is a pic in Sporthorse Database: also appears that there is a second Ratibor Holsteiner stallion:

But AFAIK the first one is the one that stood in the US.

Ratibor was a Holsteiner stallion owned by Klaus Biesenthal of Bell Oaks Farm, Ill.
He was a very versatile stallion that produced both jumpers and dressage horses.
His offspring were easy going and very substantial.

There is a head shot of Ratibor (right side of the foal with the toddler sitting on it) in the center of Bell Oaks Photo gallery. He was very handsome!
