I don't think that Toklat makes the one that I have anymore, but I have a really cute blue plaid carrier kind of like this:

It has a waterproof canvas outside and a fleece-lined inside and is a super nice bag and it fits the longer flaps of my dressage saddle.

Hmm - I have a larger seat on mine, 18", and this one wasn't quite long enough and would cause the ends of the flaps to curl. I actually ended up using a fleece Centaur cover - can't recall where I bought it, but just a generic saddle cover that was deep/big enough to not pull on the saddle. For my other dressage saddle, my sister sewed one using the other as a pattern. Not too hard to make if you are crafty - fabric and some elastic and that way you can get "custom colors" that fit.

I have the Hunter green/Blackwatch plaid version of this one. I love it because the outside is waterproof and nothing sticks to it, but the inside is fleece to help protect my saddle. Mine is currently on a 17.5 Neidersuss Symphonie.

I have an 18" saddle and had the same problem. I found one that fits lots of room. I will look tomorrow what it is.

While it certainly wasn't the cheapest option, it's quite sturdy and I actually feel like it protects my saddle (I have the version with lining and it's very thick). Plus, I got to pick which colors I wanted

Tracy at http://tracymicheledesigns.com/index.html makes saddle covers. Email her for detailed information ... I've asked her about one of those waterproof-on-the-outside-fleece-on-the-inside with the MTC logo embroidered on the outside layer and am waiting to hear back.

If it's simply an "on the saddle rack" cover you want--Trumbull Mountain had a really nice one.

I personally got sick of ill fitting saddle covers and set out to design ones that actually fit the larger saddles of today( knee rolls and all), allow the saddle to breathe and prevent molding, protect the saddle from scratches that can occur with rough canvas and stay put during travel or cats in the tack room jumping on them

Bumping this up. Does anyone know of a place where I can get a custom saddle cover for under $50? I'd love one in gray and black or gray and maroon with my monogram.

Every zip-up/bag I tried didn't quite fit, more due to shape than size, on my saddle. I tried several & returned them all. They also were a pain to get on & off.
I ended up getting just a cover, rather than the zip/bag, here: http://www.fashionhorse.com/dressagecovers.htm, along with a flashy pad.

I am not a fan of hot pink zebra stripes, but they have some cool brocade patterns. The cover fits great & I imagine would fit many shapes/sizes. It isn't waterproof, however, if that is what you are looking for.

I had one made by Sally's Equine Threads on Etsy! I ADORE it! I told her I wanted a black cover with a light pink and white stripe down the middle and she made me the best cover! I love it! I then had one made for my jump saddle in light pink with a black and white stripe down the center. They are polar fleece with elastic and really stay on well. Very happy and they aren't expensive at all!
