    That is one good footed and strong legged horse, unless of course he was treated up the nose and every other joint! I used to see this a lot at Charles Town, horse would get loose and run away somewhere, usually on the track as we only had a couple get out on the road and almost always for some reason they were running from certain barns (honest to God truth but I will not name the barns to protect the not so innocent). Then, next race they ran one of the best of their lives. Tells you something about the what the horse needs does it not?

    Wanna PM the barns???

    I can take a few educated guesses. I claimed a nice filly one time as a 4 year old that had been at CT since she was a yearling. It was when things were bad and they weren't really adhering to the whole ' horses must be 2 to get on grounds' thing.

    God bless her, she was great to gallop, but a fruit loop for the longest time. We ran off the farm and she didn't know how to walk loose in a paddock, or drop her head to graze
