The saddles that are used by the Cadre Noir are all made by saddlers employed by the Ecole de cavalerie right there at the headquarters of the Cadre Noir. It looks as though you do have the email addresses of the saddlers.
Having sat in several of those saddles, I cannot imagine why you would want one. They are hideously uncomfortable! I don't think they are very nice on the horse's backs, either. Most of the horses used in the haute ecole exercises and demonstrations are draft crosses and tend to be very wide. They are also very difficult to keep clean as they are covered in suede.
But, good luck with that!

Paula, you'd love sitting in a Portuguese saddle. It's like getting a hug from your saddle LOL. Getting INTO them can be a challenge!
Probably not legal , but that's not what I'm after it for anyhow.
I've ridden in Portuguese bullfighting saddles (fave) and ones that were from the SRS. The SRS saddles have a wide twist and no squish. Not super comfy, so it's interesting to know the cadre noir saddles feel similar to the SRS.
