    Default Farm names

If you have a private horse farm, how can you secure the farm name so that it can not be copied?

So greatful to get to ride!

Could you make it into a LLC?

I don't think you can. I have never heard of anyone getting a farm name copywrited.

But, once you use it, no one in your area will want to name their farm the same name. So it usually isn't a problem.

Even the huge Ky breeding farms have not worried about getting exclusive use of their farm names.

PS: Making it a LLC has nothing to do with the farm name. It is just the way you have your business set up.
I have talked Maggie into running for President. She will be running on the Curly Haired Dog ticket. Her campaign slogan is "Don't be douchy or I'll pee on your carpet".
