World Dressage Masters- will they stream video?
Does anyone know if there are plans to broadcast the event? like through live streaming, or will they post the video after the fact?
I thought someone on here might know the plan!
Thanks in advance

There's a link here to follow them on You Tube, and also a link to a video page (still has 2012 on it even though says 2103) so I would assune so.

They are supposed to be live today, but there's some kind of technical difficulty and it's not on. They are reporting that they will post on demand video as soon as possible They are also saying that they should have the problem fixed and be live tonight. Let's hope so!

USEF reps are sitting right behind me, and they swear that the issue's been fixed! So you guys should have live streaming for the Kur, which starts at 7:41 - the 7:30 ride, Hans Peter, had to vet out

They are actually starting the streaming now on http://www.usefnetwork.com/featured/...essageMasters/ and it seems to be working. Buffering is a bit slow though and it's not very fluent to watch. But it's on.

I just tuned in the live stream....they're dragging the ring, correct ? There's some buffering going on and so everything stops, then starts again.

Yes, the buffering is jumpy and the rides are jumping around a bit and not very fluent, but it is on and it's better than not being able to watch it at all!

Hmmm
It's very nice to watch it and I am glad that my buffering has caught up.
I'm not a professional rider, and I am fairly new to getting behind a horse's rhythms, gaits, etc. in the Dressage world. It means, I am only now in the beginning processes of trying to train myself to actually see when a horse's rhythm is off (it doesn't help that I have absolutely zero musical talent and a bad feeling for rhythm myself).
With that last ride: Heather Blitz on Paragon. Was it just me, but was he just a tad bit short-strided with his right hind. Not lame, or stiff. Just... a bit shorter strided than with the left hind?
Just curious if I'm just "seeing" things, or whether it was really there, or was it the Camera perspective?
I loved seeing quite a few horses actually at the vertical or even slightly before it, rather than far behind it (Steffen Peters) He had a nice, giving hand there, I think

There seemed to some disparity from the judges in Steffan Peters' scores..
