    Miele! All the appliances in our house are Miele and they are awesome......

    We have a Dyson Animal and a ShopVac...I use the ShopVac in the carpeted basement and the mudroom because there is just so much to vacuum (shavings, hay, hair, etc.) and the Dyson everywhere else, but we have wood floors and rugs...You will love the new vacs if you are still using a Hoover Bagless - they just don't suck like the new ones.
