Default Recipes for heat drawing poltace

I perused the ingredients for a bucket of poltace that a friend was buying and most of the ingredients could be had over the counter and sold dry to be mixed as used.

Does anyone here have a recipe that contains

    Calcium Carbonate/Plaster of paris
    Magenium sulfate/Epsom salts
    glycerine
    eucyliptus oil

The rest I don't remember it was just a glance and I wasn't writing it down.

In fact any old recipes would be nice if only to keep them alive.

Poultices don't "draw heat". Why reinvent the wheel? Poultice, if you like to use it, is dirt cheap.
