    Question War Horse play length?

I am going to see War Horse next week with some friends - Yeah! very excited!
Unfortunately hubby - who surprised me in the first place by saying he wanted to go - has now found out he has a work related presentation that evening he cannot get out of doing. We are going to a matinee at 2:00 and are trying to figure out logistics. The length of the play is not listed on the theater's website so I was wondering if anyone has seen it and how long it is?

The Broadway website lists a running time of 2:40. I saw the show about 18 months ago, but as I recall, it didn't feel long at all. Bring Kleenex and have fun!

    Where are you seeing it?

3h sounds about right - with the intermission.

Thanks! I thought the book was great - movie not so much...
I am actually dragging my barn owners who hardly leave the farm to go see it (my Xmas present to them) so should be fun!
A friend told me I was delusional. I almost fell off my unicorn.

You'll have to come back after so we can go on and on about lifelike the horses were. All the little mannerisms were just right!

It is such an amazing play. I would go see it again in a heartbeat! I found myself completely captivated by the horses! Enjoy it!
