Beval saddle
I bought a 18" Wide tree Beval saddle. Im sooo excited for it to come. My other saddle is too small for me seat wise (17.5) and it is a wide tree.

What about the saddle makes you think it will be a good fit for Beautiful?
Well isn't this dandy?

Oh good lord.
Tiffany, you say you have options, but did you have someone fit the saddle to Beautiful? Who told you a wide tree is what she needed? The front riser is what we saw that your current saddle needed. It won't necessarily help your new saddle.
Please have someone knowledgeable out to fit your saddle. We can find you a beval rep in your area if needed who can come and look at Beautiful and let you know if what you've gotten is right.
You're wasting more money (and I know I'm wasting my breath) buying multiple saddles, if you're not going to go about it the correct way.

I'm just replying so I can remember to come back to view the trainwreck.
Tiff, when you decide to sell THIS saddle, let us know.. Maybe someone here knows that it will actually fit their horse.

Ditto this. Tiff, I realize your intentions are good, but that is all for naught when you continually go about this the wrong way. As always, good luck.

Oh wine does sound like a good idea.
Now where can I go in jammies? Oh yeah, nowhere. Boo.
Maybe if I smear a clay face mask on my face and go out like that, no one will recognize me rocking jammies at the store??

I. Feel horrible for this horse. I have years, but the isssue is with who buys. Her the saddlles. Who is the enabler? They need to be talked to and reasoned with. The person, who I am guessing is one of her parents, keeps buying these ill fitting saddles. For what reason? I feel there is also a crooked trainer pushing this.
I always say I will leave these threads alone, but I always open them to see the drama.
I am on my phone 90% of the time. Please ignore typos, misplaced lower case letters, and the random word butchered by autocowreck.

Congrats, Tiffany! It certainly sounds like you're trying to get the best for your horse! I believe I have seen pictures of the saddle you are purchasing. I'm a bit concerned that the panels are very uneven, as if the flocking has been compressed over time to fit a horse that is not at all symmetrical. Look at the picture that shows the saddle from the front. Those panels are very, very uneven compared to each other. I hope I'm wrong! If not, your horse is in for a world of hurt and knowing how much you love her, I know you don't want that for her.
