Default Congrats Ashland Bassetts and JSwan

Winning a pack class at the Bryn Mawr Hound Show is a big deal. Winning in their centennial year is very special. Well done Ashland!

I don't think photos are up yet - you might try lizcallar.com. The hound show website is: http://www.bmhoundshow.org/photos.htm and results and photos should be up shortly - the staff and volunteers run a pretty tight ship. I was very impressed with their organization and skill.

We had a great team helping us on show day, and a cheering squad at the pack class. Lots of hugs, lots of tears of happiness, and lots of smiles.

All in all - a perfect weekend. For everyone, I think. Some of the clubs did two shows back to back - I envy their energy. I'm exhausted.

We're all really happy here. We'd worked really hard and I'm pretty wet behind the ears so I was very worried I'd screw up. We'll be focusing on walkout and young entry the rest of the summer; just like everyone else.

Happy happy happy news! "Wet behind the ears" ... pretty funny coming from the master of a BASSET pack.

    Congratulations!

Congratulations! And so nice to put a face to the COTHer at the VA Hound Show (which was fantastic).

I am a teetotaler, so I shall toast you with a bowl of chocolate ice cream >>spoon clinking on bowl<<
