I work as a supervisor in the Finance Dept of a not for profit (college).

I'm a freelance writer, primarily for major corporations. Followed a career as PR exec.

I own a lingerie boutique. My passion is bra fittings with a nice selection of hard to find sizes in brands from around the world. I also carry unique designer pieces, bridal accessories (like traditional peignoir sets), shapewear, and hosiery.

I love what I do.

I am a grant monitor and asset manager for a local government agency whose focus is entirely on persons and families making 80% or less of the area median income. Most of my clients work with individuals and families that survive on $12,000 to $20,000 a year.

Mostly a stay-at-home mom, but I'm a bit of a professional barn rat for spending money. I'll moonlight as a dog groomer (was my original profession for 30 years) when the muse strikes me and I'm needed in a friend's shop.

I originally wanted to be an artist, but was discouraged from that profession by my dad. Showed him. Grooming is art.

Formerly worked in the horse racing industry, recently began a new career as a Cosmetologist. Have been freelancing and running my own bridal hair and makeup business, starting a new job at a salon this week. Technically considered the "service industry" but I consider myself more of an artist, since that's what it's all about for me (I'm not much of a people person lol, but I love creating beautiful things).
