Who else didn't make it to midnight?
I went from Coronation Street to Air Farce New Year's Eve to Yes Minister to idle channel changing and was in bed by 11. I am pathetic!!!ROFL

I didn't make it last year I was in bed by 1130, but this year we did! No booze, just us. Baby was asleep so we watched the ball drop on the couch. It was great.

I was in bed by ten, asleep by 11. And then I was so wonderfully woken up at midnight my banging pots and pans, neighbors lighting stuff off in the street, and a nearby fireworks show. (I honestly think I might have slept through the fireworks if it weren't for the neighbors.)

We were in bed by 11:30 too.
We had a good time with some friends, who all left around 10:30.
We're getting old.

I sort-of made it to midnight, since I was awake at the time, brushing my teeth before getting into bed

I did not even try. A long day doing lessons at the barn, grocery store, cook supper, feed, clean stalls, then a short stay at my sister's for her annual bonfire.
I was clean and asleep by 9:30.

Didn't even attempt to try. Felt horrible @ work, came home and gave my cat his fluids and meds and was in bed by 7pm.

Watched 22 Minutes Christmas Special, and then Air Farce, and then to bed at 11 to watch the local news. Asleep before midnight. But, wasn't Air Farce good!

In bed by nine, awakened by the numerous fireworks at midnight, up at six.

I was asleep but my neighbor, who shoots off fireworks if he gets a new pair of shoes, woke me up. No one gets to sleep through whatever he's excited about because our houses are so packed together. It's illegal too, but whatever.

Me! Hubby went to bed around 10:30. I went in for a little snuggle, figuring I'd come back out and watch the ball drop ... and then it was morning. Best laid plans and all that!

All in bed by 11:30, but kept awake partly by less refined individuals in the neighborhoods north of ours shooting guns off. Because nothing says classy like shooting a gun in the air.

Not me. I've been fighting off bronchitis for a few days. Also have a fever which has been kicking my ass. I was asleep by 11ish.

9 or 9:30 LOL!! It's super chilly and I live in a drafty old farm shop (reconverted into an apartment), my two little cats were glued to me and cuddled me to sleep. I didn't stand a chance!

I don't have to. I live in rural PA -there's a barrage of gunfire and 1/4 sticks at midnight so I just mentally think, "Oh, new year's" and go back to sleep.

I always stay up, but not last night. Have an awful cold that turned into a sinus infection, so went to bed early. Woke up to one eye swollen shut and sealed with green gunk. I'm waiting on a call back from my doctors office on call nurse for a prescription then heading out to celebrate Festivus with friends. I look hilarious.
