    Default Brainstorming Stallion Ideas.....?

If you have to pick one stallion that very consistently produces excellent canters, who would it be? By excellent canter I mean a very balanced, adjustable canter that has tonnes of jump and a very free shoulder/ expressive front legs.

The mare I have in mind has been crossed with Londonderry, Sir Donnerhall and Wolkentanz II. The Sir D. has the best canter, it is the most balanced but she didn't get that front leg expression that I was hoping for. Should I be looking more at Holstein stallions??

You might look at Holsteiner stallion Lotus T. He has an incredibly elastic, expressive, uphill canter that he always passes on... Along with the other goods.

The two I produced from Holsteiner (C/R) line stallions sure have the big, fabulous canter. It's interesting that you find them in the damline of many of the dressage stallions in other registries if you pay attention to that.
