    It's a heavily photoshopped stock image - a reverse image search finds copies of it all over the place. Allegedly the photo is "Horses on Bianditz Mountain in Naverre, Spain". My guess is that the item isn't actually hanging from the horse, but is something that was behind/beside the horse in the original photo and wasn't removed well... although it is in every version I have seen including this earlier version: http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Fi...ta_zaldiak.jpg
