    Question Massage for older scars?

My horse has a small scar on her face. Hair did not completely grow back on it. I read that you can massage therapy to breakup the scar tissue. Is this true? And would something MTG help to Reggie hair after the scar tissue is broken up?

If the hair folicles aren't there, hair is not going to grow no matter what you put on it.

During physical therapy on my wrist after surgery to repair it with a plate and 7 screws rubbing blue emu oil cream on it and massaging it helped to soften the scar and make it less noticable.
