Default Trainer to help with getting horses off farm. NOVA

We've got 2 young mares that we'd like to get off the farm into training situations with other horses. Something like group lessons off farm or group trail rides. They aren't ready for x-ctry schooling. Are there any trainers in NOVA who would be really good for this?

Why don't you take them trail riding? There is a trail ride this coming Sunday at Great Meadow. Look on Great Meadow Foundation Facebook Page. There are SO many good places to ride--Manassas, other state parks and forests. I find that I am doing much more in Northern Virginia than I did in Maryland. Also lots of schooling shows, etc. Morningside in Warrenton has a schooling show series.

    Cool.
We board on a big place and one has been riding out on 1200 acres for the last 2 years. But she has zero experience in getting off the trailer and doing anything. On top of that, she is an alpha mare who worries about the other mare. She's a great mare though.
