I lost my phone in the pasture last weekend...
Very sad about it because it actually works in my house (my work cell phone doesn't).
Well, I found it in the run in shed. I don't think I'll be using it anymore.

I thought maybe it was a working phone, and you were looking for ideas to try to find it...I was going to suggest calling it, and watch where the horses go, and stand while they stare at the ground all befuzzled, nudging each other, saying "YOU go sniff it", and the other saying "No, YOU go"...

Oh, I called it a few times. The first two times it rang - after that, directly to VM. Wonder why.

I would guess that the horses were not a fan of your ring tone. What was it, the theme to Mr Ed? The Lone Ranger?

Oh I can hear the horses...
What is that noise?!
It's this thing.
Where did it come from?
I have no idea.
OMG! That shrill pitch is so annoying. I don't want to listen to that all night.
Me either...it stopped.
Good.

I dropped one once into a puddle of amniotic fluid while I was calling to let BM know we were having a baby. This was 4AM, after been up for several nights running, exhausted, and thus I had called the WRONG number over and over when she started foaling. I can still picture the thing glowing up at me through the puddle while I had two legs and was pulling, and still had my neck crooked to hold the phone.
