    Default USEF Suspension question

So I was peeking around the suspension list and I noticed a pony that I used to show against as a child is listed as suspended - has been for over 10 years. The owner of the pony is not on the people list. What suspends a horse and not the owner? I looked around on the rules website and it referred me to GR136 but then it just spins me back to GR703 AND GR707 and I'm on cold medication and I can't handle it anymore.

Will one of you rule gurus explain to me why a horse alone gets suspended?

I would guess either the pony belongs to a different owner now, or there is more than one animal by that name.

Generally if an animal is suspended, it is in connection with the owner, and a suspension for that length of time usually means the owner has not settled a horse show bill or a fine somewhere along the line.
