Ok, so for the past few years my parents were doing the "make your own wine" thing. They'd buy the...juice? Mix? Whatever it is, and ferment and the bottle it in their garage.
Only this year, I guess it didn't ferment all the way through and the "wine" produced is bubbly and has that really strong alcohol flavor, like wine mixed with crappy vodka or something.
Is it possible to un-bottle it and essentially return it to fermentation, or is it lost?
If it has a really strong alcohol taste and lots of bubbles than it's probably over fermented - in which case it's a dumper.
