Default My mare got a European Ear/Eye cover for Christmas. How do they stay on?

The ear nets I have purchased here have strings to tie. This one has no strings. Do I just tuck it under the bridle?

It is really nice! It's from Dance and Jump in Prague!

A fly veil/ear bonnet? Just put it on under the bridle, the bridle holds it on.

vxf - a little off topic (okay, completely off topic), but we need to do a Greg clinic together so that we can be twinsies...I'd just have to ride one of my bay horses (referring to the matching polo, vented hat, and bay horse if I was on my bay mare in the pic or my TB).

I always cut the strings off of the ones I get, and do exactly this. The bridle holds it on.

Never heard anyone call them that, but regardless, it goes on under the bridle and the bridle keeps it in place.

just be sure to properly adjust your throat latch and be careful. I stopped using ear bonnets under my bridles because if my horse shook his head vigorously to get flies off, the bridle would fly off too!
