    My dear Wateryglen, You say the photos of these horses left you speechless? This is a heretofore unobserved phenomenon. Perhaps the Mayan calendar was off by a few weeks.

    All I can say is wow! I wonder how high those hills are. Height-wise they look like some of the views from the Skyline Drive in Va.

    The Berwyn range's highest point is 2,723 ft. Not very tall, but where I grew up a bit further north in Gwynedd relatively small mountains like Tryfan (3000') were used by Sir Edmund Hillary in preparing to scale Everest due to their difficulty.

    PS Some Welsh Foxhounds are in the pack - you'll notice they are rough coated and you can practically see their independent Welsh nature shining through
