Mine is TINY compared to other foals I have had in the past but she came to me underweight/wormy and sick. I am not sure if she will "make it up" or if she will be stunted as she is only 12.3HH and is a beginning of June baby. Sire is 17.2HH and dam is 16HH.

My April colt is 13.0 1/2 at withers and 13.1 3/4 at hip. But dam is only 15.2 and doesn't produce size in any of her colts. I expect he'll end up around 16.0 hh like his brothers. My May colt that is a month older is 13.3 at withers and 14.0 at hip. Again, totally expect it as dam is 16.3 and produces some size if stallion allows it. I expect he'll get to be around 17.0 hh. Sire for both colts is 17.1 hh

My colt born April 25 by Apiro out of a 16h mare is now 15h at the withers and 15.2 at the rump. My filly born early June is about 14h at the withers and 14.1 at the rump, she is by Cardento out of my 16h KWPN mare.

Colt born June 26th stands 14 hands at the hip and growing like a weed! Sire was 17 hands dam 15.1 and built like a tank-he has a full 6 1/2 year old sister who's 16.3 and another whos closing in on 17 hands as 3 1/2 year old. Yup we grow them big in NY.

TB Filly, March, 14.1 1/2 at the wither. Might be a tick more by now. Guessing she is 14.3 at the hip, didn't have a helper and she wasn't wild about the stick back there!
She is my first weanling and I totally feel she is a giant. Not sure if that's accurate.

My late June baby is 13.1 (ish, hard to get a measurement in the stall!), and probably 13.2 behind. I'm guessing that's in the average range (I expect her to finish between 15.3 and 16.0, or that's what I'm hoping!)

I have 2 foals left on my farm and both are May 5 or so and one is 14.1 and one is 14.2 at wither. They started the same but the colt by Blu Hors Romanov is inching ahead of the filly and he is nearly level..amazingly to me! He has very long legs. His name is Reverance and he is the USDF/GAIG Breeders Series Champion Foal 2012. I sold another foal he is much shorter but I have not measured him but I would say 13.2 and he is a bit older. All the mares are 16.1 and the fathers are 16.2-16.3hh. It will be interesting to see how they end up.
