Jingles. When I was a teenager my mom had pancreatitis. It's one of the only times I remember my mother crying in pain, she said it was more painful than childbirth and she had me (all 9lbs 9ozs of me without drugs).

10x in 2012
Alittlegray had to go back to hospital right after Christmas.
She's still in Mary Washington. But may get out tomorrow.
She did not want to set a record for hospitalizations for 2012. And doesn't want to do it again in 2013.
Here's hoping alittlegray gets to Johns hopkins soon, so she can get well.

Aww, thanks for the continued jingles. They are promising me I can go home tomorrow, so I think that means about a 50/50 chance. I appreciate the good thoughts, you have no idea how much.

I live in Baltimore and used to work for Hopkins. Please let me know when you come up here, and I will make time to come visit you and make you laugh.
If you should need a place to stay and do not mind three cats and a 5.5 yr old boy with an over-active imagination, you are more than welcome to stay with us! It's sorta like "Calvin and Hobbes meets Wild Kingdom".

I am honored by your offer! My son was all active imagination, what a return to his childhood that would be. He's 17 now and so I'm not gifted with as many good stories but man I loved every minute of his childhood. The imaginative ones are so fun to be with. Thank you SO much!
I am home today and feeling ok off the morphine drip which is huge. I can stay home as long as I can keep down solid foods and my liver and pancreas enzymes stay flat, so some prayers my diet stays down would be great.
My goal for 2013 is only ONE time in the hospital (Hopkins). So here are some glasses to clink together and a toast to a better year.
Thank you all again for thinking of me, and to a couple of you for visits calls and flowers. What a great bunch of COTHers we have. I'm so grateful!

We heard that Always Funny sent you some roses before Christmas when you were in hospital.
We hope when you get to Johns Hopkins that all in the Baltimore area will come visit you. Flowers are good. Foods and treats probably are not good gift choices with your situation.
Here's hoping that the trip to Hopkins will be "the fix" for your situation.

Alittlegray is at Johns Hopkins now if anyone wants to visit here there.
So hospitalization #2 of the year 2013. And hopefully there will be a solution to all of alittlegray's problems with the good doctors at the hospital.
And if anyone in the Baltimore area has a horse, alittlegray's daughter is with her. And she won her division last year. So she's a good rider who needs a horse since she had to rehome her pony when her mother got sick.
