    I can't find any other photos or info, what happened? Did the horse just rear and the rider lost balance and pulled them over?

    There was a thread here around the time it happened.
    Rider wasn't very skilled, but to be fair that horse really flipped.

    Having seen the video, I can say that horse threw itself over. By that point the rider was just trying to cling like a monkey.
