Just curious what you would do. My 3yo got three of one toy and two of another. Luckily everyone sent them amazon unwrapped so I opened to wrap.

Seems silly to give them to her. Do I just take one and label it from the three people who sent it? Do I return the extras and get her something else? Do I give them to charity so another little kid can enjoy them? I'm new to this. Please help!

Amazon will let you send them back and get something else. Figure out a way that they all get the proper credit for the gift they gave then either let her choose or you choose something else you think she will like.

So they both have great taste! Tell them that if you must, I am sure they would get a laugh from it. I think you are worrying about this way too much.

Either donate them to charity (Toys for Tots is collecting right now) or put them away so you'll have presents ready for the inevitable birthday party invites.

If it's a toy that might break, you may want to keep a spare!

Can you modify one with paint or something to make it look different? Then keep it for when his little friends come over and they can each play with one.

I`d name one gift from both gifters and regift to charity. There are so many children who don`t get gifts this time of year that it could be the difference between a child receiving or not receiving a gift.

Or call the gifters and ask what they`d like you to do, giving them the options you listed here.

I would keep them. Then she can play with one at your house and keep one at Grandma's or where ever... Then keep two of the triplicate at home. I'm sure she will be thrilled to play with two at the same time or share when a friend comes over.
